Solid walnut with inlaid wenge club chair by Daniel Germani and Brett Smith. The idea behind these chairs was two fold. One, to express the beauty and elegance of solid pure materials: Walnut and Wenge.
The other was the element of surprise. From the front these chairs appear to be simply linear. But when viewed from the side and back the sculptural qualities of these pieces come to life with subtly flowing solid walnut sides and inlaid wenge. The top of the back also curves beautifully creating a language that is more organic.
The cushions are done in a supple cream leather with french seaming.
