Rare and wonderful set of 8 ‘The Chairs’ by Hans Wegner for Johannes Hansen circa mid 1950′s. These examples are unusual as they have woven cane seats. Two have woven cane backs and 6 have sculpted wood backs. The joinery craftsmanship and presence of these chairs is truly remarkable and they are all original.

Fantastic high back leather and teak lounge chair by Hans Wegner for A. P Stolen circa late 1950′s.
This example has been upholstered in a supple and rich avocado leather and the paddle arms and legs are newly finished.

Four Hans Wegner Cerused GE 375 Lounge Chairs

Set of four Hans Wegner GE 375 lounge chairs circa early 1960′s. These solid oak examples have been recently cerused so that the lovely graining of the oak has an off white tint and the background a rich and deep chocolate brown. The upholstery has been done in a milk chocolate leather that subtly picks up the hues of the lacquer. These can be sold as pairs or as a set of four.

Rare pair of solid oak and wool GE 375 paddle lounge chairs by Hans Wegner circa early 1960′s. These examples have a wonderful cerused finish wherein the base color is a chocolate walnut and the exquisite graining is off white. The upholstery has been done in a period Danish fabric. Price is for the pair. Red also has five armless chairs from the same series.
