Rosewood and reverse painted white glass desk by Joaquim Tenreiro circa mid 1960′s. This example has plinth sides exotic graining to the rosewood and three drawers for storage. The desk is finished on the front and back. We currently have three of these in our inventory.

Renzo Rutili for Johnson sideboard circa late 1950′s. This example measures 8′ 3″ long and has a dark walnut frame checkerboard lighter walnut fronts with satin brass door pulls and trim. Two of the sections have an adjustable removable shelf and the third section has that same shelf with an additional sliding shelf. The interior can also be retro fitted to your specs. Excellent restored condition.

Phenomenal Parquetry Writing Desk

Phenomenal parquetry writing desk from Syria circa 1920′s. This highly detailed example has absolutely incredible inlay work of mother of pearl and exotic woods to form magnificent patterns and array of colors. There are three drawers on the bottom and three smaller drawers on top. There have been some touch ups and repairs done to this piece over the years but this is truly a remarkable work both in craftsmanship and aesthetics.

Stunning White Lacquer & Brass Chest

White lacquer and brass chest circa late 1950′s. This example is versatile as it is composed of three individual chests that are 32″ wide that can be used individually or as one long 8′ piece.
Each drawer front has two squares with nicely patinated satin brass pulls. Each chest has three drawers.

Important Edward Wormley for Dunbar chest #5752 circa 1960. This example was done for the Janus line and was a special order in size and finish (bleached walnut and rosewood). The chest features 6 original hand carved Japanese wood blocks that are inset two per door. There are three doors that each have an adjustable shelf on the interior. There are three rosewood pencil drawers for additional storage and the bleached walnut legs have brass detailing on the ends.
