Rare cast aluminum and walnut sculpture by Erica Gorecka-Egan, circa 1978. Gorecka-Egan’s work typically was two dimensional as she was a prominent illustrator. Her work was featured at the Museum of Modern Art in the 1940s. This example has cast animal motifs mounted on a free-form walnut back.
