Stunning burl wood and polished brass chest by Mastercraft circa mid 1960’s. This remarkable example has incredibly figured burl doors and top with polished brass hardware and legs. The interior is black lacquer with drawers adjustable shelves and inset brass handles. The entire sideboard has recently been impeccably restored.

The center section has 4 drawers and behind the other three doors are adjustable shelves. This chest was restored before we purchased it. Please keep in mind that perfection and Brazilian furniture rarely walk hand in hand so it is not absolutely pristine. A similar example recently sold at Phillips Design London for nearly $35000.
