Edward Wormley for Dunbar Walnut Dining Table

Edward Wormley for Dunbar dining table circa 1954. This example is two tone and has two removable leaves that have their original storage case (see photos). The top is done in natural walnut and the base in peppercorn walnut. This table was purchased from individuals who had one of the first three Dunbar showrooms in the country and comes with the original wood swatches with the lacquered finishes that correspond to this table. (see photos).

Studio dining table done in solid quarter sawn oak circa early 1950’s. This example has solid strips of wonderfully grained quarter sawn oak and has no screws whatsoever. The joinery is all done in puzzle matched oak.

15 Foot Monterey Dining Table

Heavily patinated solid birch and iron dining table by Monterey circa mid 1940’s. The patina on this table is rugged layered and extremely rich. The legs are hand turned and join to the top of the table with iron stretchers. The same iron detailing is repeated on the center connecting wood stretcher.
This table free standing with out any leaves measures 9 feet long and has 6 additional one foot leaves to make the table 15′ long when fully extended.

Staved Teak Table & Chairs

Staved teak dining table and four chairs from Denmark circa mid 1960’s. This example has a solid teak top and elegant bent wood seats and backs with fine joinery. The table has one leaf. Excellent original condition. Table measures at Height 28.5″ x Diameter 45.5″. Leave is 22″

Steamed bent wood and glass dining table circa late 1950’s. This example is all original and done in two tone oak and has a wonderful curvilinear organic form.

Ribbon Mahogany Dining Table by Henredon

Ribbon mahogany oval dining table by Henredon circa mid 1950’s. This all original two tone example is done in beautiful flame grained ribbon mahogany. It has three leaves to expand to 136″ and is 76″ without leaves. Each leaf is 20″ wide.
