Rare Gilbert Watrous for Heifetz Lamp

This lamp by Gilbert Watrous was the award winning design of the 1951 MoMA Low Cost Lighting Competition. The long arm balances on a magnetic ball perched on a singular rod mounted in walnut. The lamp can be rotated 360 degrees and can be used as a table or floor lamp.

Decorative chrome silver leaf and glass floor lamp circa mid 1950’s. This lamp has four chrome rods with glass shades and decorative silver leafed leaves sprouting from the base.

Solid Walnut Studio Floor Lamp

Custom solid walnut floor lamp circa mid 1960’s. This studio example was commissioned by a Michigan designer and has the aesthetic qualities of Frank Lloyd Wright and George Nakashima. Important Pair of Warren Mcarthur Floor Lamps

Important pair of Warren Mcarthur floor lamps designed for the Arizona Biltmore hotel in Phoenix in 1927. These examples are done in tubular black iron with solid square iron bases neath each tubular rod. The shades were custom made to match the originals and are done in a pleated egg shell silk. These lamps are a pair of only a limited number that were produced for the lobby of the Biltmore.

Large scale articulating Italian floor lamp circa early 1960’s. The arm body and base are done in a satin brass and the head of the lamp is white lacquer. The arm of the lamp is adjustable up and down and extendable.
