Warren Platner for Knoll bronze and upholstered Throne chair circa early 1970s. This all original example is upholstered in its original Cato upholstery and has the harder to come by bronze frame. Upholstery does have some slight color loss but overall in very good original condition.
Sculpted aluminum protype chair by architect and designer Robert Whitton circa early 1990’s. Features a perforated seat and back with a rolling bar that moves for ease of entry into the chair. Stanley Young for Glenn of California walnut chest, circa late 1950s. This lovely example has been recently impeccably refinished. It has Glenn’s iconic bentwood handles and burnt orange lacquered interior drawer fronts.
Stunning mahogany brass and leather sideboard or credenza by Harvey Probber, circa late 1950s. This lovely example is striped African mahogany and has 12 drawers (four exterior and eight interior), subtly curved solid mahogany pulls and two leather and brass clad sliding doors. The interior drawers are white lacquer. The entire chest has been newly and impeccably refinished.
Rare anfibio sofa by Alessandro Becchi for Giovannetti, circa early 1970s. This extraordinary convertible sofa has been impeccably restored in a wonderfully patinated caramel leathered easily converts to a double bed Home Page. The interior has also been replaced with a soft and supple material that matches the factory original. Red has a pair of these upholstered in the same leather. Price listed is for one sofa. Pair of polished aluminum and leather benches circa late 1950’s. The cabriolet legs have been hand polished giving them the appearance of being silver leafed. The button tufted leather has been done in a rich and utterly unique silver gray and brown leather. Excellent restored condition. Price is per bench.
