Caterpillar Entry Table

Solid walnut and birch plywood entry/sofa table by Phoenix designers and craftsmen Daniel Germani and Brett Smith. Features six solid walnut legs and cantilevered grain matched birch shelving case. Also features three hidden drawers for extra storage. These drawers are done in solid walnut and are dove tailed. This piece is from the designers’ caterpillar line which also features a bench and a media chest.

Rare Bruce Tippet for Gavina coat rack circa 1969. This example was purchased from a former vice president of Knoll and is a prototype of the model that was put into production on a limited run in 1969. Excellent original condition.

Caterpillar Credenza

Incredible sideboard/media chest designed by Brett Smith and Daniel Germani. Chest features solid walnut legs, black limba drawer fronts (environmentally friendly) and solid ebony handles. This chest is from the designer’s caterpillar line which features other pieces like a bench and taller chests with similar ‘caterpillar’ legs. Chest can also be custom manufactured to exact specifications and in other wood combinations.

Leather Top S Shaped Desk

Free form black leather walnut and brass desk. This piece dates from the early sixties and features one swivel drawer and beautiful sculpted shape.

Thayer Coggin Desk

Streamline walnut black leather and chrome plated steel desk by Thayer Coggin circa 1970. Desk features two pencil drawers flat bar steel base and floating top. Excellent original condition.

Rare Paul Frankl for Johnson furniture company credenza made of striped african mahogany with a cork top. This chest features solid brass x pulls with 7 drawers and two doors with interior storage. Original excellent condition.

Art Deco Desk

Two tiered streamline desk by Masser’s Furniture circa late 1940’s. Features five charcoal grey lacquered drawers five legs and new Steinway black lacquer finish. Reminiscent of Paul Frankl’s skyscaper series from the 1930’s.
