Ebonized chest of drawers with solid brass drawer pulls and legs, circa early 1950s. This example has been newly and impeccably refinished in the same finish as a Steinway piano. It has six layers of primer and yet another six of lacquer. In between each coat of primer and lacquer it was hand sanded creating an illustrious finish that is nearly impossible to replicate.
