Designed and handcrafted after a unique one-of-a-kind 1957 sofa by designer Allen Ditson, this couch’s stunning walnut frame took over 6 weeks of daily sculpting to complete. The sofa is also upholstered in a fine buttery cream Edelman leather with distinctive natural jute stitching details on the side panels. The piece is directly modeled after a one-off sofa that Mr. Ditson created for a client in Paradise Valley. Red was able to obtain permission to re-commission this incredible design from the original owner of the sofa and we can custom-make a piece to satisfy any desired size specifications.
