Renzo Rutili for Johnson Furniture Company chest with bench, circa late 1950s. This lovely example has gold leafed doors and ebonized case and bench. The interior of the chest has an adjustable shelf and the case is finished on the front and back. The slats of the bench are solid oak. The black lacquer has recently been impeccably refinished.
