Pierre Paulin’s Ribbon chair for Artifort. Tubular steel, original red upholstery and red lacquered wood base. Paulin believed that a chair should be more than just functional, it should be also colorful and fun. Incredible Spalted Beech Table by Howard Werner
Solid spalted beech table by master wood worker Howard Werner circa early 1990’s. This table has incredible natural color variation that comes from the age of the wood and of the inherent beauty of spalted beech. There are sinuous black lines and variations of color in the wood that appear to be hand drawn that are but times artistic expression in the wood. The table rests on a solid 12″ beech ball. This table was specially commissioned in the early 90’s and is in excellent original condition.
